For more than 50 years, Texas Organ Sharing Alliance has been honored to serve donor families, transplant recipients, hospital partners, and communities across Central and South Texas.

TOSA is becoming part of Gift of Life Alliance (GOLA), bringing together the legacies of TOSA and Southwest Transplant Alliance under one organization.

While our name is changing, our commitment to the people we serve remains the same.

GOLA will carry forward TOSA's proud legacy while bringing together the experience, expertise, and resources of two organizations united by one purpose: to transform lives through the power of donation.

This next chapter will allow us to serve more than 19 million Texans across a broad and diverse region of the state, while strengthening our partnerships with donor families, hospitals, transplant centers, and communities.
